A Queens pedestrian was mowed down in another tragic New York City collision. The unidentified victim was crossing Broadway near 74th Street and Roosevelt Avenue in the Jackson Heights section of Queens around 4:40pm yesterday. The MTA bus driver was turning right onto Broadway from Roosevelt Avenue when the bus fatally struck the female victim. The victim was pronounced dead on the scene. The MTA Bus Driver remained on the scene and apparently is cooperating with the ongoing police investigation. The attorneys at Block O’Toole & Murphy will bring you any material updates should they surface.
