Plaintiff was a passenger in a 2 vehicle accident. We procurred summary judgment on the issue of liability and the case was to proceed to a damages only trial.

INJURIES/DAMAGES
Plaintiff herniated L3-4 and L4-5 discs and underwent a micro laminotomy followed by a lumbar fusion with a titanium cage.
