On August 10, 2006 Plaintiff was driving his vehicle when he collided with a tractor trailer while passing the tractor trailer on the right. Plaintiff sustained injuries to his neck and shoulder requiring surgery. The matter was settled for $950,000 out of a $1,000,000 available policy of insurance. This matter was handled by S.
