Partner Daniel O’Toole Awarded Bergen Catholic High School’s Prestigious ‘Founders Medal’

Tuesday, November 29th, 2016

Congratulations are in order for Partner Daniel O’Toole*, who received his alma mater’s prestigious ‘Founder’s Medal’ during Bergen Catholic High School’s Crusader Gala on November 18, 2016.

In addition to being a proud graduate of the renowned prep school in Oradell, New Jersey, Mr. O’Toole’s son is also currently enrolled there. O’Toole was honored at the Gala for his tremendous and longstanding support of the school, both financially as well as with his time, energy and ideas. O’Toole is perhaps most proud of his providing multiple scholarships for Bergen Catholic students in financial need.

Pictured below is O’Toole speaking at the Gala, in front of a large crowd of family, friends and alumni, during which he made remarks about the importance of philanthropy.

Indeed, O’Toole sees giving back as a necessary corollary to his success. In addition to his generosity with Bergen Catholic, O’Toole is a major donor to such worthy charities as St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and Candlelighters NYC, both of which are focused on treating and assisting families dealing with catastrophic pediatric diseases like cancer. The truth is, O’Toole does most of his giving quietly or even anonymously, so we know this is only the tip of the iceberg.

The Gala was a great and fun opportunity to recognize and celebrate O’Toole’s contributions. His alma mater is rightfully proud of him, and so are we!
