Thomas Gearon serves as Of Counsel to Block & O'Toole. Thomas is a practicing labor attorney with an emphasis and proficiency in the Fair Labor Standards Act. He is a graduate of the University of Dayton School of Law, Cornell's School of Municipal Labor Relations, and is a candidate to receive an MBA degree the University of Arizona's Executive EMBA program in Nov. 2007. Thomas serves as General Counsel to DC 37's Local 1457, Legislative Counsel to the New York City Sergeants Benevolent Association.
