FACTS AND ALLEGATIONS
Plaintiff was a rear seat passenger in a yellow cab that was sideswiped by a stretch limousine as the cab was attempting to make a right-hand turn.

INJURIES/DAMAGES
As a result of the impact plaintiff was caused to suffer a traumatic herniation in his neck requiring surgical intervention with placement of hardware. Plaintiff made claims for past and future medical expenses as well as pain and suffering and loss of enjoyment of life.
